I've never touched a cat but I have had dogs

Whenever I touch a cat it gives me rashes and I become very itchy ;______;

But dogs make me scratch a lot I touched one the day before going to the doctors

Oh nothing but now I can't drink milk -^- I'm kinda allergic to it just like everyone in my family when they were kids I guess except my fathers side of the family

I meant what did you eat or touch to get an allergic reaction?
