My signs/symbols #1

Got this idea from my gf XD Alice DD (go follow her STAT) but this symbol just reminds me that I am always being watched....and with never be left alone...I have this thing where voices in my head tell me horrible things here's a name for it and I was diagnosed it starts with S it's currently 1:14AM and I can't think so whatever but it reminds me they will never leave me the hell alone so don't get hopeful or expectant 👌🏻 help..
