How To Pray Throughout The Day

Many Christians wonder when the best time to pray is, and according to scripture the best time to pray is always 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Throughout our day, constantly communicating with God. Here is one way to stay in prayer throughout the day.
•GET UP WITH GRATITUDE
•BLESS GOD’S NAME AT BREAKFAST
•REMEMBER WHAT MATTERS MOST MID MORNING
•LIST MY NEEDS AT LUNCH
•ASK FOR FORGIVENESS IN THE AFTERNOON
•WIND DOWN WITH WISDOM IN THE EVENING
•END MY DAY WITH ENCOURAGING TRUTH

Personally, I like to just thank God in the morning for another beautiful day, and that I wake up even though I may have not prayed the night before. At breakfast I pray over my food, thanking God for another meal while also praying for my family and friends. At lunch and dinner I do the same thing. In between, I will pray in my head and talk to God praying for myself and others while thanking him for every breath. I SAY THIS NOT TO BRAG, BUT TO HELP SOMEBODY WHO NEEDS IT.
