Some of vietnamese ppl(im vietnamese so)explain the mean of memes
Some said that memes is a picture,edit some words in ONLY
And SOME said CRINGY ANIMATION is not a meme(but it is meme,just some of them cringe because it bullshit made)
Some said memes is giving for people
Some of them said memelord
