Im freaked out

So i just got off work and me and my stepdad stopped by the DG. I didnt wanna go inside cuz there were alot of ppl there so i stayed outside and waited. While i was waiting some old guy with a red bandanna on his face came up and stopped in front of me. He sat there for almost 30 mins just staring at me. I know worse has happened but i have a cronic phobia of being watched so i was terrified. This old guy started flirting with me and looking me up and down and he was at least 45-50 yrs old.
