What is this Blue Whale Challenge?

People told me in PicsArt that we should not block them you should just ignore them. Also, it’s like this 50 day thing I think and they will tell you to do some normal stuff like sleep late and something like that. But it gets worse when it goes to harming yourself. I hope this was helpful I guess.. They dm you something like “hello there, :)” I think and you should IGNORE THEM. DONT BLOCK. That’s all what I heard.

You should block them. How is it possible for them to get our IP just because we blocked them?
