uh oh guys (vent!!)

I'm feeling lightheaded and I looked at how long I've been on my phone today and it said 7 hours.

what.

I was just sitting here animating for an hour listening to the same audio over and over and over and over again while tapping and drawing I think that fucked up my head and my screen & phone are definitely the cause (I'm taking a break from that)

I can't go to school until August and that's driving me crazyyy!! My sleep scueduele is ruined again I woke up at 12
I was waking up at 11, (I also usually am up at 7 and then fall back asleep so I did that today, I only do that now because of my school routine)

I need to sleep normally again today went by so fast and I feel so weird and sickly, am I okay?

I think I'll be taking a break from my phone (or I'll try to.)
