The National Organization Against Anomalies (NOAA) He is responsible for capturing all the "monsters" that exist in the world and experimenting on them, torturing them and extracting their powers or even parts of their bodies for the benefit of humans since they "are superior to other inferiors", This organization has spread its ideals and to make sure that everyone thinks that monsters are aberrations Although they seek peace, this organization even shows images of real corpses in public magazines, even for young people.

And if there are people who empathize with non-human entities, NOAA calls those people monsters in disguise, even the families of those people would abandon them and hand them over to NOAA so that these serve as food in the concentration camps at the headquarters of this organization.

Monsters captured in the headquarters stay there permanently.

(Basically if your OC is not a normal human then this organization will find him and torture him :p)
