I feel like the eye sparkling is a little fast, reducing the frame rate by a small bit might some it better, also I know that drawing a good frame is very difficult but you could work on the edges a little bit. Nice animation! At least 100x better than anything I could make.

its a little fast, i suggest copying a few text frames to give us more time to read it, i dont know what FPS you are on but i would add an extra 5-6 frames for each text box
