First and foremost, smoothness is not reliant on frame rate, it seems you are going at 10 FPS here (correct me if I’m wrong) while you loop only has 4 frames, this can work for shorter loops sometimes however for a walk or run cycle I suggest you either lower the frame rate or add more frames.
