Not to be controversial, but that is not a dog, you cannot convince me that is a dog, that is a creature and nothing else, perhaps a beast is more accurate, and not the cool kind, the kind that hunts you in the forest and 3 years later the police find your rotting corpse in a lair of bones. That is a critter, and It will hunt you, and it WILL find you, and when it finds you, you better run, you cannot convince me of anything otherwise, I simply wont believe it.

Finally, this is less of a critique and more advice, but I notice the ground looks just a bit, off, as if it the leafeon was floating in some kind of empty void and the grass was just a flat wall behind the leafeon. You can add some space or dimension to the drawing by drawing some grass in front of the leafeon's feet and basket.

Second, if you look at the left eye, you can see that the white is very prominent, I would personally scale it down or use a small brush to trim it however you are not me and so I will leave it up to you and your imagination.

If you look at various parts of the body, but mainly the ears, you can see the green lines used to make the green gradient in the leafeon's ears, simple fix would be to get a small size brush (1 or 2 pix) and just fill those in with brown or whatever that specific part of the body is meant to be colored.

I have returned to criticize once more.
A lot less for me to work with here since this is by all means a pretty good drawing but I will do my best.
