I personally think option 2 is the most plausible given my current knowledge of the situation, however you could also just disregard all of this and let toxic be dead, its not up to me, im just giving you some ideas.

3: I again, don't know much about the lore of the afterlife in yall's universe, but the last plausible option would be for Mythic's character goes through the gates of hell (or heaven, again depending on how good a boy toxic has been) and journeys through that area in order to find toxic's spirit and bring them back to the mortal plane.

2: In a much less wholesome turn of events, toxic could become a revenant, which is a spirit who met a particularly cruel or undeserving end, and returns to the mortal plane seeking revenge.

1: A deal with a devil/god depending on how good of a boy toxic dog has been, in a story telling sense, Mythic's character could sacrifice something or make some kind of deal with a divine entity in exchange for bringing toxic back to life, and it wouldn't be boring either since its not just a "revives because yes" moment its more of a "epic journey and great sacrifice to bring back loved one" deal. This would only work if toxic's universe has such divine entities though, and I havent read through the 9000+ comments of your RP so I wouldn't know.

You can completely disregard what I'm about to say since I'm basing this off of DND, but there are a few ways you COULD revive toxic dog after a perma-death.
