Listen. I know what it’s like. Not a moment goes by where I want to pick up a knife and cut myself but it would make others sad. And if it scares you to eat then when walking into the kitchen try to distract yourself. And the sunlight may be faded a lot but there are a lot of people who are willing to help the sunlight come out more and be reachable by yourself. And hey if you think things will never get better than you are wrong. Sure my step dad killed himself but from it I have made memories and have been able to build a stronger bond with my mom. Death isn’t something to be taken... You are very lucky to be alive. Your chances of being you is so small. Throwing that away... is just wrong. Yes like sucks.. but.. there are good moments in life

Life gets better. Yes it sucks and is harsh. But there are always the good things in life that out way the negative. You can’t let the clouds hide the sun forever. And if you did die, many would be devastated and sad. Things get better. They always do. Even if things go bad again. The sunlight is at the end of the storm
