Omg same but like- it literally when they touch me, sneak up on me, or literally not doing anything-they could be walking up to me and I’ll just flinch- Idk why- my twin told me I actually did got hit by my little sister’s dad before-. Maybe I’m scared someone is gonna hit me- or even yell at me-

Funny enough- he’s not my stepdad- my mom never married him-

But I’m fine now 😀 tho I’m messed up a little now since I’m flinchy,I’m more nervous and my anxiety is bad-
I can’t even be by myself without feeling I’m gonna either have a panic attack or freak out around lots of ppl- 😭
But I’m working to not do that- tho I cry when I feel like I’m gonna do those things- 😭 I’m a sad child-

Mine was from my little sister’s father-
I would count my mom too but she changed it was more like discipline
I only not realize that because my mom and twin says that I block my memories of him-

Imagine not knowing u have trauma.

My grandmother told me that I had experienced trauma- I was confused about it until she told me that yelling is a form of trauma- 😭😭

It’s ok, we don’t live with him no more(this was like, 6th to 7th-lil of 8th)

He wasn’t always bad since I’ve knew him since I was a kid. There was good moments and bad moments with him. But we don’t like him, we just can’t say things about him towards my little sister.
I’m glad I don’t live there anymore, other wise my anxiety would have been way worse than this.

My mom wasn’t married when she had me and my twin or my little sister with her father. Tho I thought her father would be a great dad to me and my twin… he was terrible.

And there are times where if good to comfort someone who needs it. Some want comfort, some want to be alone for a while. It’s ok to be there for someone and to leave someone alone for a while.

It’s fine, I never really met my father.
But my grandfather has been a great father figure in my life so it doesn’t matter to me or my twin anymore. So no need to say sorry ^^
