I cant sleep while watching stuff unless its a afternoon nap

Last night when i slept it was almost 1 am

Same i usually sleep in late 11 at night but i want to sleep in 10 i really cant

And i don't even have a good sleeping shedule

I always somehow end up waking up at 5 to 6 AM so i don't need alarm
