It… looks really similar… Didn’t I give you an OC before, too? You have a bell, crop top with a heart cut out, skirt, and a bow on the tail. Even the ears are drawn similar to how I draw them. If I were to list off those traits alone, it’d be hard to tell whether or not someone’s describing my OC or yours which isn’t a good sign when trying to be original.
