It isn't. Reading the terms of service, there's no regulation on NSFW content (Except for cp but that's illegal and disgusting). It isn't sexual either. Nothing suggests there's sexual intent and it's simply her wearing a revealing outfit. Same amount of skin shown in a bikini at the beach and it's only a little less covered than her usual clothes anyway ꉂꉂ(ᵔᗜᵔ*)
