im not a professional animator, but i do know that thats not how a tail wags and animal ears dont do that.
usually one ear might just twitch a little but overall animal ears dont move like that

well right now im going thru an art style crisis but i can still help a lil.
-you should always draw with guide lines/a sketch
-practicing anatomy helps as well
-if you have art block and need inspiration, i suggest you watch a movie, look at poses, get inspiration from a video game (or a book)
-(you dont have to but) always look at references when drawing
-when colouring: add base colours, shading, and some highlighting. you can look at comic books and/or manga for shading and highlighting (those have the best references)
