Honestlt not rlly sure, ^^; I usually subconciously think of like rlly swuiggly stick figures when making dynamic poses.. I will say, the sketches never really consist of lines that are not curved in some way.. For hands.. My best bet is using yourself as reference and turning it into basic shapes, like squares and rectangles.. I hope thqt helps in some way... Just have fun with it!! Ttry to think of how the character is feeling and show it through body language!! (For TW if ur struggling with health i know Trey's dorm SSR and Jade's beanfest have healing spells but that's all i know ;; i am rather useless)

I usually start with a circle and then freehand the entire pose... I have one super rough sketch and then go straight into the line art... Then I colour on the same layer (usually skin or hair first) >< I hope that answers decently...
