One, I don’t see a lot of similarities with that oc and MochiRushmoom’s main. Yes, they do look somewhat similar but not entirely so I wouldn’t count that as exactly copying.
Two, that is a very popular ahoge. It’s even on a gacha life game I installed, and you can’t copy things like that. It’s just a certain ahoge that both them and Mochi chose to use on their ocs.
