((@ThornInMySide)) They weren't the ones who experimented on Comet! It was a bunch of shitty scientists that suck at their job that did some painful experiments on Comet in a scientific facility until he was safe for the public.

((@Erythrophobia)) I think it was during the time I was still creating Comet's design through a bunch of doodles I sketched out since I was thinking of making some short comics about my OCs, but I think it's mostly after I left my old account, in my new account I started developing the backstories of my main OCs, and redesigned them more with different shapes that matched their personalities and depending on how different they were it would effect their stories slightly, and now that I think I've sorta finalised my designs I think I'm ready to share my ideas already! I think I got lots of story arc ideas through a bunch of other artists and animators online and their OC concepts, like Twisted-Doctor, especially for the designs ((Comet's design is heavily inspired by his character Kao)) ^^

Oh- those ears are sort of like speakers that look like cat ears or smt
