Here's some criticism for it:

I think you could work on the anatomy of the body, like how the the torso should be a bit bigger since its almost the same width of the head, so I recommend looking at human figures and poses more.

I also think you could on the lighting cuz it's kind of unclear on where the source of light it coming from since the shadows are kind of all over the place.

And finally, I think the angle of the person is a bit inconsistent since the head seems to be facing to the right a bit, but the rest of the body seems very flat, so I think you should try to keep the whole thing more consistent by turning the body too.
