Idk my friend is thinking about talking to a therapist because she thinks it may help? But if she goes she said she wants me to come too because we talk deeply a lot and if she is gonna go talk to someone we should be with eachother.

I dont take classes only 1 person irl know about it and it’s my friend who has depression...
Idk if I have depression but i say i don’t and that i only have anxiety. I hate anxiety! It stops me from doing stuff, like if i wanna go talk to a person then my mind will be like “but your akward they will hate you! Orr laugh at you” so i never do it (i have social anxiety) and i’m scared to tell my parents because i dont know how they will react
