I know that you’re already stressed and overwhelmed… and I don’t mean to pressure you.. but you need to try to take care of yourself.
You shouldn’t always have to feel terrible, but that requires you to do something cuz there’s nothing anyone else can do to help you anymore
A lot of people care about you… you need to be willing to let other people make sacrifices to help you..
It shouldn’t just always be you sacrificing..

You have a lot of trauma and things you’ve gone through and those things often go Undealt with with everyone

You act like you know how to deal with everything.. or at least you make it seem that way
But I don’t think you really do…..
You’ve gone through a lot more trauma then normal people… but it’s still trauma that others have gone through.. it’s still grief and anxiety…
It’s on a larger scale but it’s still the same trauma that therapists deal with.
Maybe it won’t help……. But shouldn’t you at least try?

You have hundreds of realms and thousands of therapists to choose from…

..I doubt they could fix a whole lot… but they’re trained to help people deal with trauma…
And unlike me… you’re still at the front of grieving..

Idk how much they could help you… but if you found someone who is actually very good at their job… they know how to help people work through grief, trauma and anxiety…
