maybe, he could possibly even find a way to fly/levitate/propell in the air

yee i have another idea
Possibly he could compress the electricity when he discharges it to make an aura type thing, this way he could be a light source for guiding people in the dark and as a defensive tactic

Also electricity can force muscles to move so maybe he could even control people
