I looked through all the other Cartoon Cats to see what I thought, and honestly, I think the one I found that does sort of resemble your character, took more inspiration from that pokemon... uhh... I forgot it's name, but I looked through all their posts and none of them seemed to copy you. The ears might be, and so is the name but the ears are also sort of on that pokemon. I don't think that they're purposely copying you... Then again, they do call themselves Cartoon cat... I'm really not sure...
