I just dont want my actions to hurt anyone like they already have. I know saying all this may have changed your perspective of me too and that what i dont want to happen to anyone else..

Everytime i tell someone whats going on or how i feel, they always look at me differently or they brush it off. Im tired of it. I told my parents that i know i have problems and that i admit i need help and they brushed it off

She loves the persona i put on for people...I never want anyone to see how i actually am but its gotten to the point that i wont be able to stop ot

I mean she is happy with you so she doesnt need me

I feel as if sometimes she is better off without me

I’ve never had someone to talk to or at least not for long. The therapy sessions were never for me or my siblings. It was more of a family therapy. Now the woman did focus on me I didnt get to truly say how i feel

Im sorry if im ruining anyone’s mood but i need to get it out somewhere. I dont want people to think differently of me because of this but at the same time i wont judge people if they stop talking to me
