things abt why i hate school :
they dont give a sh·t abt that
bc if you get the anger attack, the fault is yours, that what they say, and they say that like they know everything of us

something my parents will say

(aKLHDOiuBNAKJ Im not saying that, I speak for your education, if that person does not let you concentrate in class, then at least do something with him

(I understand you, our classmates are similar, ngl the worst thing is being in class, they are making jokes abt me making me have insecurities abt me and get attacks everyday)

(atleast try to talk with the teacher or with your mom, it can be they can do it bc your parents)

(Tell your teacher abt that, abt you cant be next to him because you cant study or sm like that, dw abt that, atleast he dont make jokes abt you, not like me, that the clown of the class did me have like 3 attacks every day-)

Look,dont get nervous abt it, this happens to me many times(sometimes I get an attack-) but just repeat this "if i dont know something, dont worry, go to the next one" if you dont know nothing, just try, atleast the techer will see you tried
