I understand that, times are tough and sometimes our heads get over worked. Breaks are needed and make sure your taking care of yourself. The only things I can say is don't drink/eat to much sugary stuff sleep at least 8 hours a night, try to have a schedule and stuff like that

The best way to Sade on here is darker versions of the colors you use, if your using another app I can suggest using darkish reds and purples cause they add more color to the drawing, this looks really nice tho! It's a great start
