I'm not the best at criticism but this is what I have, your art is already really cute but I would recommend drawing noses, it really brings a face together I used to not myself and working in them really make the faces complete. I would also try to do more snapped hair??? What you do now it just spikes. I would kinda curve the spikes a little to make the hair look more bouncy. Also shapes really help people remember your character, I need work on that one myself
