so basially, to make 2 gay men kissing it depends on the art style, because like if they look like jojo characters the lips shouldn't change much apart from the top of the upper lip getting very slightly taller. but if its anime or irl u just give them slight duck lips, and for cartoony artstyle you give them a 2 bump chef hat shaped kiss that extends to the other person's also deformed lips.
