that's exactly how I used to feel for almost a whole year lol, I don't feel that way about my art as much as I used to, but my traditional ability next to my observation ability is still a big difference and I'm trying to get better at my personal drawing skills rather than just drawing frames of anime forever.

I can't get over how clean your art is, especially this one. Not one line out of order, some of the lines are even colored, not just black lines.

is it called cel shading? because you make a shape/cell and shade it in?

change frame size to max height and width, then adjust the width to be your reference proportions. once you've done that, it ultra-minisizes the 1pt pen compared to the high resolution canvas. then all of your details wont be blurred and you can make really small changes. You can also use 1% - 5% opacity black or white to shade things over and over and lay shadows in spots your brain accurately shades instead of using trial and error linework
