Perhaps he's a kid from another country so his English isn't his first language and because of his age, he doesn't know much English either.

I understand what you're trying to say. Yes, I agree with what you're saying but how could he mishear so many of those words? He might have poor hearing but he should at least know how to say something kind?
As I do get your point, one thing I want to point out is that even so, even if his first language wasn't English, he would know not to act so disrespectful-- even people who don't understand English well know this.
He might've learned all of his from his mother or father but at his age, he should know to respect people of all races, sexualities and respect people for who they are. I'm a 10 year old and. Already know all of this.
How could you possibly say that? English isn't his first language but he's good at writing or typing English words. As we communicate with him- and others through this platform (app) we only use the words that we type out. It's easy for him to listen or hear English words and he's very much capable of typing out words and reading them.
I've said this many times-- its not the art I hate. It's not his looks or his skin, nor is it his age that makes me dislike him. It's his attitude. Not only that but I'm 100000000% sure he needs help as I've mentioned in my earlier comments. He either has brain damage or is just a total hoe
