As much as I want to do that most of the foster kids in my area have been.... r worded and I don't want that potentially happening to me one of my friends has had it happen to them when thay were really young by one of there carers

Who the hell would be able to sleep after thay hear something that could possibly hurt them? And no I haven't told them I can't tell them anything like I get literally screamed at whenever I even try to go to the bathroom the only time I'm allowed free range of the house is at night. And I don't know what happened i just never really could sleep when I was younger to.

my light has not worked for a year. Well im not really sure how to start this well I will just start with one of what I think is one of the most problematic one of my problems witch is the loud noises
Usually happens at night like when I used to actually try to sleep it was usually loud bangs and like almost scratching noises like the only one up was me I think and we don't really have animals like raccoons here so im not sure what's that about but I hate it when it catches me off gard
