I refused therapy because I thought the therapist would judge me..

I bottle my emotions to avoid being called a faker or losing loved ones due to telling them my problems

Not to mention the other things that happen to me...I have to deal with a dead grandmother, I got sexually harassed at age 5...

Don’t worry I...my mum and my dad broke up when I was 4...after 5 years of hearing and seeing him abuse his girlfriends..he was deemed too dangerous for me to see, I haven’t been in contact with him for 3 years...
