Sj: I’m pretty sure I saw her walking the hall once, ..and I think I passed out out of shock.

Sj: I appreciate it.

Sj: yeah..I- I know about that. The shadow told me…they're here with us- er- me..you can't see them, but they're shouting a lot at me right now- Lui isn't wrong- I mean- when was the last time I actually spent time with the kids? Or- or with you.

Sj: yeah and he’s already such a good kid.. (fake sniffle) I’m so proud,

Sj: (goes back to sulking)

Sj: He hasn’t said shit to me. And I’m surprised you haven’t noticed, I haven’t been home in a while, hon. Yeah you would see me occasionally, but I’ve been outside. And I mean- do you not see me? I look- I look *horrendous!* and- and I can’t even stop myself from setting myself and other things on fire! Go- satan- is this how Odis feels?

Sj: (rolls his eyes) you say it like nine times out of ten you won’t be giving kisses in the next 20 years

Sj: we uh..we don’t know yet, unfortunately. When it happened I was just so ready to.. *give up.* I mean- imagine turning to the one thing you hated most, and you can’t even remember what it was! I was- I was being immature and I was thinking for myself at the time— but..I know to do better this time. And- and I’ll actually do something. Which uh- leads me to another thing, I heard what was going on. They told me that, sorry.

Sj: (huffs) I have a couple ways to go!

Void: (stares at Jordan expectantly)

Sj: ‘mkay..the uh- the problem we ran into was with another dumb shadow like Void. He knew them and— and things hit the fan. It was supposed to be just a quick in and out, we killed the person, and we should’ve left. They just- they just brought up things I wanted to *forget* and I couldn’t block my emotions fast enough— and I.. acted irrational. It’s why I kinda went MIA, I guess. Uhm..void, was supposed to take over as me, but..they- they couldn’t really do anything- at the time I mean.

Sj: (nods) just glad I’m not actually old, . . . Yet—

Jason: (snickers)

Sj: no, no. I’m fine, probably. (Runs a hand through his hair and allows his wings to fold behind his back) I just needed a moment, I’m alright

Sj: (looks at void like he’s gonna cry)
Void: satan- Jordan, look, I’m figuring it out okay? I promise, I didn’t- fuck..I didn’t *intend* for it to happen okay? It wasn’t on purpose.
Sj: (lets out a sob) This isn’t- This isn’t fair! and now I’m acting like a goddamn man child! I can- I can do better! I mean..oh. Okay, there’s no need to cry over it, it’s fine. You’re a heart, you know better then this, just try again next time, don’t fuck up. (Takes a Deep breath) just do better.
Void: (sighs) [oh boy..he’s lost it.]
