It’s never set and stone in the bible wether god is against religion, the bible never gives a complete positive nor negative look on it. And on basic level religion is a set of beliefs, principals, and morals, which means everyone is religious. How could god be against something that every individual is?
And using the Oxford Languages definition of Christianity, “ the religion based on the person and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, or its beliefs and practices.” Christianity itself is a religion, it would make no sense for god to dislike his own religion.
And the text you’re using, which i’m guessing is your evidence, comes from jesus, not god. And in general jesus is not against religion, he is against false religion.
In the text you provided jesus is not against their religion from his interactions with the Pharisees, the issue at hand is the hypocrisy and its consequences. The Pharisees hypocrisy was taken to a high degree in which dishonored god + mislead his people.
