i really wanna apologize about all the drama that’s occurring over such an innocent contest and your character ,
i hope you’re still able to see your dtiys through successfully , and hopefully soon some of these artists will educate their self on the issue , , until then we can only hope people will take what we say into consideration ♡

yeah ! i never expect skin to be spot on , but when the character looks a whole difference race then there’s gonna be some issues

and i feel as though yours is completely fine ! the skin colours you used are actually some of the grid colours i suggested for people to use as they’re easy to use and idk if everyone had sliders ! ^^

honestly ! they just make up excuses and don’t even try and educate themself or fix their art , ,
its pathetic and reveals how racist and dense some artists on here can be

and true ! normally the skin i always draw with is more colourful , like blue , red , purple , etc .
but not too long ago i drew a wip of a african american lady and it wasn’t difficult at all , it was a fun learning experience and i was actually extremely proud of the outcome :)

i honestly feel so bad for mochi , posting an innocent contest about one of her characters just for her to be altered in so many negative ways and there’s nothing she can really do :(
