Try relaxing and getting your mind off things go play games or just check the fridge a million times, run around your house, do pointless things to get your mind focused on other things

But i think it was better to not be with them bc the other friend he had would be meand to my other friends and me and he did nothing about it, i tried defending my friends but he didn't stop

And then they dont accept my apology

And sometimes i sound like im being mean and then my friends and family get Angry with me and im like noooooooo i didnt mean to thats my tone of voice TmT

Look emotions are strange if you need to be sad then be sad its because you need to be sad for some reason if you're sorry then be sorry idk how to explain but im trying to be nice
