Try relaxing and getting your mind off things go play games or just check the fridge a million times, run around your house, do pointless things to get your mind focused on other things

But i think it was better to not be with them bc the other friend he had would be meand to my other friends and me and he did nothing about it, i tried defending my friends but he didn't stop
