I had something like that before I remember when my mom used to make me up she would like keep turning off and on the light till we noticed, it was like getting flash grenades to the face (it so happened to make me sleepier somewhat) . Coffee
isn’t really that healthy first thing in the morning so I understand lol. Plus since juice is in the fridge and it’s cold that can work 🧃

What I do to mostly wake up is wash my dang face (I mean it work’s physical but not really mentally ) I’m somewhat awake to drink coffee or whatever. Conversations don’t really wake me up idk why lol. Right know I’m just drinking coffee tho ☕️
