The wifi signal sent out from your phone or device disrupts something called the pineal gland in the brain. Which is responsible for getting you to sleep in time

Try turning off wifi before you go to sleep and putting the device at least 3 feet away from you or as far as you can from you

The light that comes from the device can also disrupt it as well and make you sleep late
