I’m fine, I was just bored. This was before you posted that. I learned that I could do my back bend from standing up again and I just abused that power. I just did a back bend a couple mins ago because I needed to pop my back, and I forgot that my back was shattered
Totally didn’t break my body, nope not at all. I didn’t try to become as flexible as I used no be. Totally didn’t shatter my back to pieces, or make it hard to walk. Nope not at all
