oh god- I remember being so happy for the first day of 1st grade and BAM. I slipped down the stairs, hit my head on a wall, bit THROUGH my lip, and chipped a tooth.

and I was scared: like REALLY scared. I thought about running to get a neighbor because she had this huge cut that was bleeding out-
I needed to calm myself and wrap her forehead up tightly. How the hell did this kid just walk it off and start running again after 5 minutes of waiting-
