It's okay to let go of people, we meet many every single day, and sometimes we get attached to those around us! That's normal, it's human nature. But unfortunately, because this world seems to love be unfair so much, we don't always get to see the same person again due to many different situations. It's okay to feel overwhelmed or sad or confused. There's many more people out somewhere in the world. If this person is making you feel bad, but he's not intentionally doing it, then tell him. I'm sure if he's a kind person, he'll understand and stop it. You don't have to feel bad about it either.
