Well, my asthma isn't as severe compared to some other people. I don't use an inhaler often, in fact the last time I used it was around 2 and a half years ago. But that doesn't mean that I can breathe completely normally.
Sometimes I would wish I had an inhaler but my mother thinks I've "healed" from asthma which is a strange thing to believe, but oh well. I sorta have to deal with it. 🤷♀️
I kinda built up a resistance from my asthma to a certain degree, but not fully, especially when I get sick, it's the worst.
When I find it difficult to breathe, it feels like my throat is kinda closing or something similar to that. I sometimes feel a little dizzy or my arms and legs feel heavy. My chest also starts to pain a little, feeling tighter than usual which makes it hard to breathe. I sometimes feel like I've stopped breathing.
I usually also start coughing and then I'd drink water to stop coughing.

I intentionally make my descriptions long because I know (the majority of) people won't actually read them all.
But then if I ever do leave, and if people look back at my posts and find all these. They'll readthe truth of (almost) everything that was happening as I was alive, lol. Kinda like an archeologist finging a lost diary or secret documents that were stored and buried deep into the unknown. Idk lol.
