Ok so Ray is a mutant with owl wings (think of their wings like hawks)
They were was sold to a lab to be tested on at the age of 4 , their skin turned Grey and they grew the wings, during their time there he was abused and shit, that's why they have a big scar across their eye
They're one of the few who started a riot with others to escape the lab, they escaped at the age of 12 and was living homeless for a few months until a girl named Liv took them in and too, care of them, they ended uo falling in love and dated then later got married and had kids
