That happened to me once, just go up to them and say, "hey stop that, your not being funny or quirky your being incredibly rude, people like you are what makes society dumb, by bullying other people fo no reason, and if you think that's cool, it's really not. Your not cool. People don't like people like you who are rude to others," honor that helps, but say that if you find out who it is
