My lad, what you're feeling is completely comprehensible. You're going through a social pressure case that deep down origins from a fear of not being able to connect with people you wanna interact with, even if they already are friends with you. And it's ok. So if you want my advice, think about this: no one's gonna judge you, be yourself and go with the flow. Don't force an interaction, simply catch one of them casually and try to speak to them. There's no need of a group interaction right off the bat. Be patient and try simple conversations until you acquire enough confidence, then go for it and you'll see the change you've gradually experimented without hurting yourself and keeping calm. But again, this is just an advice, you can act however you consider
