I've been in therapy and they asked me if ive tried to kill myself anf i broke down infront of them.. Yea i hate therapy. May i ask what your favourite colour is?

Ik having therapy is.. Nerve racking. Ive been to therapy before and youre basically explaining why you're broken to a complete stranger. But if you do take that step in the direction things will get bettern
